Koster Bitumen Primer is a cold-applied, low odour, solvent containing bitumen primer. It contains a bonding agent admixture and displays excellent penetration properties. It acts as a dust binder and as a bonding agent for subsequent hot or cold applied liquid bitumen coatings and self-adhesive membranes.

Applications

  • All absorbent mineral surfaces, metal sheets, wood and bitumen roofing felt

  • Bitumen thick film sealants

  • Cold-applied, self-adhesive bitumen membranes

  • Overcoating old layers of bitumen (refurbishment of old thick film sealants and bitumen coatings)
