Wrapseal is a flexible interface membrane designed to create a durable airtight and weathertight seal around windows, doors and other similar openings within the building envelope.
The membrane’s flexible and fully self adhesive construction allows it to provide a continuous seal between the opening and the surrounding substrate, replacing traditional adhesive applied EPDM’s.
Wrapseal is vapour permeable and airtight, allowing moisture vapour to escape from the building fabric while maintaining airtightness performance, and resisting water penetration. Installed in conjunction with Wraptite® LF liquid flashing, the system provides secure sealing to deliver a robust installation.
Designed as alternative to impermeable EPDM’s
