V-GARD PE vapor control foils are LDPE-based membranes designed to control moisture migration and improve airtightness in roofing systems with mechanically attached or loosely laid insulation.

  • LDPE vapor control membrane for roofing

  • High vapor resistance with Sd values over 110 m (0.2 mm) and 220 m (0.4 mm)

  • Made from a high percentage of recycled material

  • UV-resistant anthracite colour for added durability

  • Cold installation process, suitable for all common substrates

  • Large roll sizes reduce seams and speed up installation

  • EN 1847 rated for alkali resistance

  • Unlimited shelf-life when stored correctly

Applications

  • Commercial and industrial buildings

  • Projects requiring moisture control in roof assemblies

  • Roofs with mechanically fixed or loose-laid insulation

  • Buildings with limited internal humidity production

  • Installations needing enhanced airtightness

Dimensions

  • Roll size up to 6 m x 50 m (covers up to 300 m² per roll)

  • Thickness options: 0.2 mm and 0.4 mm

Performance

  • Vapor resistance Sd >110 m (0.2 mm), >220 m (0.4 mm)

  • Alkali resistance tested to EN 1847

  • Class E fire classification (V-Gard PE 200 E, EN 13501-1)

  • Class F fire classification ( V-Gard PE 200 and 400, EN 13501-1)
