Render beads

(55)

Render beading is used in rendering, plastering and dry wall lining. Beads can be fitted onto internal or external walls, depending on the beading material. Read More

Corner / angle beads are used on rendered and plastered corners to provide a straight arris as well as impact protection.

Stop beads are installed on window and door surrounds, and in areas where there is a change of substrate, to prevent cracking.

Drip / bellcast beads are fitted above damp-proof courses and window heads. They divert rainwater away from the substrate, allowing it to drip clear of the wall.

Movement joints / expansion beads are used where there is a structural movement joint beneath the render, or again, where there is a change in substrate.

Drylining beads are used in interior applications, at the ends or external corners of plasterboards. They protect against impact damage and give a straight, even finish.
