Manufactured as framed panels to custom sizes, these gratings are made for applications such as walkways, balcony decking, ventilation grilles, service platforms, escape stairs, and brise soleil.
Gratings are supplied with fixing clips for secure attachment to support structures.

Type-EF (electrofused)
Manufactured from flat bearing bars with either plain round or twisted transverse bars.
EF gratings with plain round bars are available in the following mesh sizes (c/c): 22×76, 22×38, 25×76 and 25×25 mm. The bearing bar can vary from 25×3 to 80×4 mm and the transverse bar from 4-6mm in diameter.
EF gratings with twisted round transverse bars for industrial applications are available in the following mesh sizes (c/c): 30×100, 30×50, 34×76 and 34×38 mm. The bearing bar can vary from 25×3 to 70×4 mm and the transverse bar from 4-6mm.
Finish
Hot-dip galvanised as standard. Polyester powder coating to any RAL colour available as an option.

Vehicle loading information:
Class 2 – vehicle total mass 3,000kg, dynamic load 10kN on 200x200mm wheel imprint.
Class 3 – vehicle total mass 6,000kg, dynamic load 15kN (front axle), 30kN (rear axle) on 400x200mm wheel imprint.
Installation
Supplied with fixing clips to clamp panels to the support structure.
