FP McCann supplied Thin Flat Duo interlocking concrete roof tiles in Anthracite, along with ridge tiles, for a new 59-bed care facility in Manchester.

Client, Lovett Care Ltd in conjunction with Chester-based property developer Liberty Care Developments is building the modern 3-storey facility.

Specialist commercial roofing company D&D Roofing Ltd installed FP McCann’s Anthracite concrete Thin Flat Duo tiles to provide a distinctive contrast to the brick finish to the building and to complement the adjacent residential housing development. In total, some 10,000 tiles have been supplied via Wakefield-based builder’s merchant Huws Gray Ltd.

Together with a small quantity of matching Anthracite ridge tiles, deliveries direct to site were from FP McCann’s modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cadeby near Nuneaton, Warwickshire and fitted by the D&D Roofing Ltd team.

Further planned expansion at the fully automated Cadeby factory means the introduction of additional tile profiles. All FP McCann concrete roof tiles and accessories are of the highest standard and are covered by a 15-year guarantee.
