ArmaFlex Ultima C is a pre-covered, flexible elastomeric insulation made with closed-cell foam based on patented ArmaPrene™ synthetic rubber, designed to deliver fire resistance and ultra-low smoke generation. Primarily used in HVAC, refrigeration, process pipework, ducts, vessels and fittings where high fire safety, energy efficiency and mechanical protection are required.

  • Flexible, closed-cell elastomeric foam laminated with an intumescent covering

  • Euroclass B-s1,d0 fire classification, self-extinguishing with very low smoke density

  • Suitable temperatures from –50°C to 110°C

  • Thermal conductivity of 0.040W/m·K at 0°C

  • Free from PVC, bromine and antimony; meets LEED, BREEAM, WELL v2 and DGNB green building standards
