ArmaFlex Evo is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric insulation designed for thermal management, condensation control, and improved fire safety. It has built-in Microban® protection to help prevent mould and bacterial growth.

ArmaFlex Evo is available in various forms—including tubes, self-adhesive variants, sheets, and rolls—and is suited to HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial pipework.

Applications: Insulation/protection for pipes, air ducts, vessels (including elbows, fittings, flanges, etc.) of air-conditioning/refrigeration and process equipment to prevent condensation and save energy.

Material & Protection: made from synthetic rubber-based elastomeric foam (EN14304) with a closed-cell structure that resists moisture. Microban® antimicrobial additive is built into the material and prevents fungal growth (tested to EN ISO 846, VDI 6022).

Temperature Range: Usable in temperatures from -50°C to +110°C

Thermal Performance: Thermal conductivity ranges from 0.033W/m·K to 0.042W/m·K

Fire performance: Self-extinguishing with low smoke (EN 13501-1)

Certifications: FM4924 approved, UL94 5VA , CE

Forms & Installation: Tubes, sheets and tapes in various thicknesses and diameters. Sealed with ArmaFlex 525 adhesive or self adhesive options.
