ArmaFlex Ultima is a flexible, closed-cell insulation material designed for thermal insulation and condensation control in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and pipework. In the event of a fire, it is self-extinguishing and has low smoke emissions due to use of ArmaPrene technology.

  • Applications: for insulating pipes, ducts, vessels, and equipment in HVAC, refrigeration, and process industries.

  • Dimensions: 2m unslit tubes with thicknesses of 9mm, 13mm, 19mm, 25mm, and 32mm, fitting pipe diameters from 6mm to 114mm.

  • Material: made from elastomeric foam with a closed-cell structure that helps reduce water vapour ingress.

  • Temperature range: from –50°C up to +110°C

  • Thermal performance: thermal conductivity of approximately 0.04–0.045W/m·K

  • Fire performance: self extinguishing.

  • Format: tubes, sheets and tape with self-adhesive coating.

  • Certifications: UL-listed, FM approved, IMO compliant.

  • Environmental information: Comes with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and fulfils VOC requirements.
