DensDeck Prime Roof Board is a water and moisture resistant gypsum board with a glass mat facer and pre-primed surface, designed for use as a cover or underlayment board in roofing systems. Delivers high compressive strength, fire resistance, and improved load distribution to protect insulation and extend roof lifespan.

Materials

Treated gypsum core laminated on both sides to a mat glass facer

Installation

  • Boards fitted to penetrations and projections

  • Install only as many boards as can be covered with membrane the same day

  • Can be applied over insulation, existing roofs, and under single-ply membranes

  • Installed with approved fasteners and plates or Elevate approved adhesives

  • Minimum 12 fasteners per board
