Maltese manufacturing company Foster Clark Products Ltd, produces a range of beverages, desserts and baking aids.

Requirement

The company required a solution for segregating an area for allergen control.

Solution

Westgate Global's retractable factory curtain wall solution, Flexicurtain, was selected to provide quick, flexible segregation of two areas.

Westgate Global installed a 4-sided enclosure totalling 73 linear metres at 3.07m-high with six 90° bends and eight 45° bends. The Flexicurtain was hung from a stainless steel track and support system. Vision panels, handles and a weighted bottom edge were included.

Another two Flexicurtains at 1.45 linear metres and 1.7m-high were also installed in the facility.

Flexicurtains are designed bespoke to project requirements, installed quickly with minimal mess, with antibacterial materials suitable for food, beverage and packaging environments.
