Product packaging manufacturer Sealed Air, known for brands such as Bubble Wrap and Cryovac, wanted to segregate a dusty process area and a clean room within its St Neots facility.

Solution
Westgate Global supplied and installed three runs of Flexiwall, totalling 45 linear metres. A number of Fastflex-fast action doors, shutter doors, pedestrian doors and vision panels were included.
The company's unique partitioning solution, Flexiwall, is ideal for use in manufacturing environments. It is quick and clean to install meaning minimum disruption to production schedules.
The panels are assembled onsite (using Westgate Global's unique v-overlap system) and suspended from the existing structure or additional fabricated steelwork before being tensioned / fixed to the floor, creating a 99%+ dust-tight seal.
