Overview

BA Systems designed and manufactured structural glass balustrades for level 9 and 10 terraces, and architectural metal balustrades for the rooftop area of a bar and restaurant at 68 King William Street in London, home to variety of mixed-uses including office, food and retail tenants.

Solution

Working with long-standing customer CField Construction, BA Systems began speaking with the appointed projects team to co-ordinate, design and manage the refurbishment works being carried out at the building.

To ensure its proposal was developed to the client’s satisfaction, several samples were sent for viewing and approval. Work then began within BA Systems' design and estimating teams to develop a full proposal for the balustrade works. The company was appointed following a post-quote meeting with the Commercial Team.
