Grad is an invisible clip-based system for the rapid installation of flawless, ’hidden-fix’ timber cladding. Supplied as individual components or as a complete system of rails, clips and boards, Grad is an efficient and economical product for cladding areas of any size.
Patented clip system
The unique patented clip system at the heart of the Grad system means projects can be installed up to 50% faster than competing products or traditional methods. Once installed, Grad will resist 300kg of uplift. Individual boards can be easily removed without any damage to itself or surrounding boards.
The clips come pre-mounted on aluminium rails ensuring perfect board alignment and gaps between boards.
Boards can be fitted vertically or horizontally, and can also be used on ceilings and overhangs as well as external or internal walls to get a complete wrap-around effect.
Sustainable
Grad has sustainability at its heart. Each component, from the pedestal right up to the timber finishes, has green credentials to boast about: the clips are made of 100% recycled and recyclable material; the aluminium used to make the rails is endlessly recyclable; and each timber is available as an FSC-certified product.

Finish options
The Outdoor Deck Company supplies a range of compatible boards in a variety of profiles to give architects and specifiers a wide choice of finishes for cladding projects. The boards are supplied pre-grooved and are protected by long warranties.
