For this project, Cleveland Sitesafe provided a large garage and staff accommodation building for the parks and maintenance contractor at Dartford's Central Park. The building also incorporated an insulated and temperature-controlled workshop and garage for a classic fire engine.
As part of the project, exhaust fume extraction, radiant heaters, LED high bay lighting and industrial space heating for frost protection was delivered.
Delivery
Initial delivery took two days, with the off-loading and positioning of 18 modules, some of which were open-topped or open-bottomed to create an interior ceiling height of around 5.5m.
