Swish® PVC-U round downpipes are suitable for applications in domestic properties and small commercial buildings. They are unique in the UK as they contain a high proportion of recycled PVC.

Manufacturing

Approximately 84% by weight of Swish pipes is composed of recycled material derived from PVC windows and gutter systems that have been removed during refurbishment or demolition projects.

The core of the pipe is made of grey recycled material, which has been left this colour to avoid use of additional colorant. The outer skin is made of new PVC to enhance the finished appearance and aid colour matching.

Sustainability
