Cyril Silver & Partners LLP, often referred to as Silver,  is a London based development and construction consultancy established in 1945.

By the mid 1970’s the practice had acquired a wide client base which included a number of Registered Providers, banks and private companies with significant property portfolios.

The practice expanded its scope of services by the mid 1980’s from predominantly building surveying matters to a wider range of construction consultancy services.
