The company Quarries the famous Purbeck Stone which is a hard durable sedimentary limestone, quarried on the Isle of Purbeck, near Dorset's Jurassic Coast, in the South of England.

It is idealy suited as a building stone, and is used for House Building, Retaining Walls, Landscaping, Water Features, Garden Walling, Paving Flags and Flooring. Purbeck Stone takes a good polish and can also be used internaly for tiling, fireplaces and shelving.

The Purbeck beds were laid down aproximatley 140 million years ago, at a time when Dinosaurs walked the earth.

Purbeck stone's hard wearing and durable properties are evidenced by the numerous buildings, including medieval churches and pavements, that can be found in locations around the U.K.
