Modern Plan Insulation Ltd is a specialist contractor in sprayed and injected polyurethane insulation for both domestic and commercial applications.

Established in 1969, the company manufactures, supplies, and installs high-performance urethane foam systems that can be applied externally, internally, or as cavity reinforcement. These systems provide thermal insulation, fast application, and seamless coverage with no joints.

Due to its versatility, polyurethane foam is used in a range of applications including roof sealing, weatherproofing, cold storage and pipeline insulation. It adheres to almost any surface - including slate, timber, brick, concrete, metal, and glass - providing a durable, airtight, and waterproof barrier.

Modern Plan Insulation is ISO 9001 certified, a long-standing member of the British Urethane Foam Contractors Association (BUFCA), and an approved installer for systems from industry leaders such as BASF, Isothane, and Edu-Chem. Systems installed by the company carry BBA (British Board of Agrément) certification and comply with relevant British Standards.
