Janex was founded by Jan Skaara in 1992 to supply the UK market with high performance timber windows and composite doors precision made in Scandinavia.

Janex supplies key sectors of the construction industry; new build, residential, commercial, refurbishment, private developers, social housing and public sector buildings. Janex have worked with all the leading names in the building industry and with over 50 registered social landlords.

The Scandinavians are well known for cutting edge design and very high quality products for the building industry. With harsh winters and hot summers, Norwegian and Swedish products have to meet even higher standards for building regulations than those in the UK.

Janex use a continuous programme of investment in R&D. Product development ensures products meet low U-values and have good acoustic values. Janex products are supplied with quality ironmongery, guarantees and test certification.
