Russell Roof Tiles

Wholly owned by Russell Building Products Ltd since 2011 following its acquisition from CEMEX, Russell Roof Tiles was originally founded in 1892 as Alexander Russell. In 1986 Russell Roof Tiles was formed to manufacture a range of concrete roof tiles and fittings. Since then, the company has developed an extensive range of ventilation and dry fix systems suitable for both new and refurbishment projects that are designed to meet current building regulation requirements.

Clients include all of the major house builders, local authorities, Primary Care Trusts and care homes providers.

The companys products have been specified on projects such as a £44m regeneration project for Reading Borough Council, social housing for North Wales Housing, £22m Pannel Croft Retirement Village in Birmingham and a cutting-edge housing development close the former site of Glasgow Zoo.

Russell Roof Tiles is the third largest manufacturer in the UK by volume.
