CSN Consulting LLP are a well established innovative Building Surveying Practice covering a wide range of services, including architectural design, detailed surveys of all types of property.

Their experience and involvement is extensive and is widely used by both public and private sector Clients.

They are based in the North East of England and their three offices in Newcastle, Washington and Teesside allow them to service from the North York Moors and Dales in the South to the Scottish Borders in the North with ease but their client base/workload regularly takes them to other locations throughout the UK.

They are also proud to be a part of UKBS PLC, delivering professional and independent property services on a National basis to all clients throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The Practice originates from 1978. They take their current name from the initials of the three partners, Steve Chappell, Eric Shepherd and Steve Nesbitt.

The Partnership was founded on the enthusiasm of these three Partners now known as CSN CONSULTING LLP.
