Frank Mercer & Sons, trading as Toughsheet Building Products, have been recycling plastic at their Works in Bolton for over 30 years.

The companys commitment to recycling has been supported by its £4 million investment in state of the art machinery and technology, together with quality sampling and continual testing.

The whole process is controlled by ISO 9001/2008 together with BBA and BSI continual auditing of our methods and in-house testing facility. Frank Mercer was the first company to make DPM from 100% recycled material to British Board of Agrement accreditation standard and PIFA standard.
