Based in Staffordshire, Thorp Precast specialises in the design, manufacture and erection of architectural cladding and structural precast concrete components.

The company occupies its own 12 acre site equipped with three 12.5 tonne cranes, casting beds and batching plant for the manufacture, handling and storage of large bespoke units.

Structural components include production of:

• vertically cast cross walls
• beams
• columns
• slabs
• stairs
• bridge and terrace units
• bespoke pre-stressed units

Architectural components include:

• brick
• natural stone and granite faced panels
• wet cast reconstituted stone cladding
• dressings with a variety of finishes and colours

Continued investment in sophisticated manufacturing and design technology, including the use of 3D modelling software, bring a fresh approach to traditional methods ensuring the company is able to offer simple and cost effective results with one of the most reactive lead times in the industry.
