Barrot grating represents a totally new concept in the design of steel flooring for pedestrian areas. It is manufactured from reversed U-profiles to provide a broad bearing surface with anti-slip dimples. This creates an exceptionally comfortable pedestrian experience, particularly relevant for applications such as residential balconies where traditional gratings can be painful to bare feet

Barrot steel grating represents a totally new concept in the design of steel flooring for pedestrian areas. It is manufactured from reversed U-profiles to provide a broad bearing surface which creates exceptional pedestrian comfort. This can be particularly relevant for applications such as residential balconies where traditional gratings are painful to bare feet.
The innovative design also incorporates a unique dimpled surface with anti-slip properties for enhanced safety.
Framed panels are manufactured to custom-sizes for a wide variety of situations such as spanning light wells and service ducting, walkways as well as balcony decking.
The grating can also be designed to accept a standard vehicle loading up to a maximum span of 367mm.
Barrot panels are supplied in a hot-dip galvanised finish with an option for an additional polyester powder coating in any RAL colour.
