The Loft Hatch is designed for domestic loft space access, to accommodate standard loft ladders, and to fit between 600mm centre trusses. The drop-down door is an attractive alternative to timber or plastic products. It meets all building regulations for insulated and fire-rated loft hatches, and complies with Documents L1 and L2 2002
