Application

UPVC soffits can be used for a new build work or retrofitted to existing PVC or timber rooflines.

Components can be cut, drilled, nailed and routed, using conventional tools.

Plain or vented soffits  are available in a range of colours and finishes:

  • Foiled - mahogany, light oak, rosewood, Irish oak, black, gale grey.
  • Co-extruded - white, anthracite, light grey, hazy grey, gale grey, bright white.

Sustainability

Swish Cellular PVC will last the lifetime of the building without maintenence and can be fully recycled at the end of its service life.

Under the Code for Sustainable Homes, Swish Cellular PVC roofline systems qualify as Tier 3 products under Responsible Sourcing.
