Application

UPVC soffits can be used for a new build work or retrofitted to existing PVC or timber rooflines.

Components can be cut, drilled, nailed and routed, using conventional tools.

UPVC soffits can include provision for ventilation to meet current Building Regulation
requirements.

Plain or vented soffits are available in a range of colours and finishes:

Foiled - mahogany, light oak, rosewood, Irish oak, black, gale grey.
Co-extruded - white, anthracite, light grey, hazy grey, gale grey, bright white.

Sustainability
