Squaresorba™ tiles can be used for retail and commercial applications. Typical uses include showrooms, call centres, reception areas, high-tech offices, music venues and television studios. They are also suitable for use in restaurants and fast-food chains.
Manufacture
The tiles are produced from expanded diamond patterned metal and factory-fitted with a sound-absorbing cassette pad on the rear face of the tile.
The expanded diamond metal provides the tile with an open area of up to 70%, allowing optimum sound absorption.
The sound-absorbing cassette insert pad is impregnated with a melamine foam. This has an open-cell microporous structure that provides excellent acoustic and fire-resistant properties, whilst being free of mineral fibres, CFC and halogen. It is pre-bonded to prevent any application problems on site.
Finish
The expanded diamond metal face is available in a chromed steel finish or in white. Other RAL colours are available on request. The acoustic cassette pad is available in grey or black.
