The new building showcases Marley's Weatherboard fibre cement cladding with a light grey textured woodgrain finish. 199m2 Smooth Grey Edgemere concrete slate tiles were installed on the roofscape, providing a complementary visual appeal that sits perfectly with the surrounding landscape.
