RHEINZINK-prePATINA blue-grey angled standing seam system has been used for the roofing and cladding on a new-build family home in Szczecin, Poland.
Architects and clients chose RHEINZINK titanium zinc in prePATINA blue-grey for the roof and parts of the facade of the residential building, particularly due to its sustainable properties. In addition, it gives a constantly smooth look due to the pre-weathered surface that appears in the colour of the protective patina which develops over time.
The zinc panels were installed using the angled standing seam technique. This gives even large areas a lively, filigree structure.
Combined with the white plaster, wood and glass elements, the house has a modern character and unique charm.
