Quantum Flooring’s Q-Range DUO offers three 55 x 55mm flat fronted stair nosings which comply with all Building Regs, BS8300-2:2018 and Equality Act guidelines.

After the great success of DUO, which includes winning a 2021 Flooring Innovation Award, Quantum has decided to expand the range.

The three new Q-Range DUO profiles are rake back versions of the original stair nosings. They have all of the same advantages of the existing DUO range: a solid colour on the riser and tread, 55 x 55mm on the tread and riser, and an all-over tread design to reduce the risk of slips. This makes them the ideal choice for specification.

The new profiles are:

  • QRd-SR153R which has a ramped back to be fitted with no floorcovering
  • QRd-SR153 for vinyl or resilient floorcoverings
  • QRd-HR153 to be used with carpet or carpet tile

The fantastic additions to Q-Range DUO ensure that these award-winning stair nosings can now be specified for even more projects than before.
