RHEINZINK titanium zinc consists of 99.995% pure primary zinc with a small portion of titanium and copper. This alloy is malleable, long-lasting and corrosion-resistant and allows design freedom that is not always possible with other materials.
The RHEINZINK alloy composition provides the necessary strength while allowing the product to be easily shaped. RHEINZINK titanium zinc can be fabricated into complicated details for a multitude of shapes. The appearance of RHEINZINK enhances the entire building, whether used for roofing, facade cladding, roof drainage, dormers, gable, balcony and chimney cladding. Also suitable for oof edges, awnings and wall copings.
Sustainability
Virtually all of the used titanium zinc can be recycled an infinite amount of times, with low energy consumption and without producing any polluting residue. The protective patina that develops on the surface of the zinc over time, gives zinc its incredibly long service life. Numerous historical buildings worldwide can attest to the fact that zinc roofs over 100 years are completely intact with minimal maintenance performed.
