The Outdoor Deck Company has responded to the recommendations of the 'Hackitt Report' Approved Document B - Building Regulations for England to improve building safety and offer the first fully Class A rated flooring system in the UK that is suitable for balconies and roof terraces.

Our new, unique system comprises of adjustable pedestals and support rails that are one-third the weight of steel. All the associated fittings and components also meet the Class A rating criteria.

On this floating sub-frame we can install a new range of aluminium deck boards or, if you are looking for a more traditional surface, we can supply stone or concrete pavers and 20mm external porcelain tiles.

Also, our new fire-rated flooring system will still allow installation of raised floors from 60mm of build-up and give you options on compatible surface materials with hundreds of textures, designs and sizes to choose from.
