The Renderplas B15 is a 15mm bellcast bead manufactured to ISO 9001:2000 from exterior grade impact resistant UV stable unplasticised PVC-U.

Designed for external wall insulation and timber frame with thinner renders (between 4-10mm) as well as other weather board systems where the substrate is very even to provide a drip for rain water at the damp proof course and above windows and doors to prevent return of the water onto the surface below.

Colour and appearance

All 12 colours available: White, Brick, Dove, Ivory, Maize, Peach, Salmon, Sky, Slate, Terracotta, Wheat, Willow
Any discoloration is uniform over a single facade and within industry standards.

Very narrow arrises give an unobtrusive finish and are easily painted.

Installation

Standard industry practice and tools can be used.

Large irregularities in the substrate should be dubbed out and allowed to set hard prior to application.

Fixing by continuous line of adhesive mortar preferred on blockwork, or alternatively a bed of render. Non-corrosive mechanical fixings can be used as well but are not required.

Supplied in 2.5m lengths and in packs of 25.
