Zouch Converters provides a wide range of materials and component options for bonding, joining, sealing, protecting, insulating and for controlling complex noise, vibration, motion and mechanical shock.

They convert adhesive and non-adhesive foam and tapes to rolls, spools or precise die-cut parts. Designing effective tape attachment methods is their key strength, with designers and engineers able to choose from their vast range of elastomeric and high performing technical materials.

The products manufactured are used by practically all areas of industry that are involved in processing operations. Highly motivated and well-trained staff work in a purposeful and customer-oriented way to develop innovative solutions.

Every day, Zouch Converters products provide customers with the highest level of performance. Foam materials include: Neoprene, EPDM, Polyethylene, EVA, Polyurethane, PVC, Reticulated, Impregnated, Silicone, Cork, Felt, Nitrile/PVC blend, Latex and HF weldable Vinyl's for the stationary and automotive industries. They also offer Flame Retardant foams to UL94 HF1 and V0, BS476 Parts 6 & 7 Class 0, and FMVSS302.

Most of the above materials can be made available with a vast range of high performance pressure sensitive adhesives. The client can choose from rubber based or acrylic, permanent or temporary bonding (repositionable), and whole range of carrier substrates depending on the intended application which include: Polyester & Polyprop films, non-woven Tissues, Scrim, Paper and PVC. They also offer Transfer adhesives (without carrier).
