Marley is the UK’s leading manufacturer of Roofing Battens and we have Europe’s only dedicated Roofing Batten scanning line which includes a computer controlled dedicated laser and camera grading line, to produce battens strength graded to BS 5534:2003+A1:2010 – all other suppliers into the UK Batten market rely on visual grading.

All timbers are legally and sustainably sourced and, as members of the Timber Trade Federation, we support the Responsible Purchasing Scheme. Marley has both FSC and PEFC accreditation.

Quality and Service are our core values and Marley is ISO 9001:2008 accredited. JB-RED production has been taken a stage further and has UKAS third party accreditation from the BBA (British Board of Agrement) for the product and the process.

Three grades of batten, a full range of timber ancillary products and carcassing are offered to meet all the roofers needs.
