With over 75 staff in London and Cardiff, and associated offices in Munich, Holder Mathias operates throughout the United Kingdom and Europe .

The practice is owned and led by a team of eight directors each of whom build high quality, long term relationships with clients - every project is the responsibility of an individual director. There is a shared vision of security, quality and opportunity throughout the practice underpinned by commitment to a training and development programme which has resulted in consecutive Investors in People Awards in 2003, 2006 and 2009 and saw the practice listed as one of the Top 50 Employers in the UK Construction industry by Building Magazine in 2007.
