Farrat was founded in 1959 and since then has amassed a wealth of experience in all aspects of vibration, noise and shock isolation and control in both industrial and building applications.

Farrat is now a leading player in the field of vibration control engineering and machine mounting methods. As an engineering company Farrat strive to create solutions that meet or exceed the technical and commercial requirements and as a product supplier the company aim to provide a high level of product quality, delivered on time and at a fair price.

Vibration problems are often very individual cases depending on the vibration source the environment that it is in. Because of this the solutions often need to be individually tailored. With this in mind and based on the wide variety of projects that Farrat has been involved in, their product portfolio has steadily grown over the years with new and innovative ways of solving problems. Much of the product range is manufactured by Farrat allowing greater freedom in solution design as well as flexibility in supply.

Aside from the project based work, Farrat stocks a wide range of standard items such as machine mounts and vibration isolators that can be purchased directly with, in some cases, same day dispatch.
