ISO-Chemie manufactures impregnated foam building sealants from polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polyurethane (PUR). The main functions, but not exclusively, are to keep the outside of the building weathertight and the inside airtight with vapour control, plus thermal and acoustic properties.

The company’s UK technical and distribution operation is based in the North East of England, supported by a dedicated logistics service to ensure customer orders are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible (usually next-day delivery).

The company supplies a range of tapes, films, strips and fire protection products for building applications including:

• fenestration
• curtain walling
• external cladding
• brick / rendered facades
• timber frame houses
• offsite construction (MMM)
