Vincent Timber

Founded in 1923, Vincent Timber has gone through a period of growth to become one of the Midlands' leading Timber Importers.

Continual investment in staff, modern machines and plant enable the company to offer a nationwide service of timber and panel products, with the emphasis on added value products and services, with a basis in Vincent Timber's modern production mill facilities.

Deliveries are made using the company's own fleet of vehicles or its experienced haulier to offer an excellent service from the enquiry stage through to the completion of an order.

The founder of Vincent's - Mr "Will" Vincent (known to many as the governor) - worked at the premises of Jones Manley & Co. Ltd in the early 1900s before starting W.J. Vincent & Co. Ltd Selly Oak in 1923.

In 1975, his son and grandsons returned to the old premises after taking over the business and premises of Jones Manley & Co. Ltd.

These premises still house the yard, mill and head office of Vincent Timber.
