Easi-Dec's Roofline System provides simple and fast access to roofline level. Two or more Easi-Dec platforms can be securely linked with a catwalk to create a continuous, fully-guarded working platform that complies with EN13374 edge protection requirements.
The 8 or 10m Roofline System comprises of 2 Easi-Dec platforms and a catwalk and can be erected in under 30 minutes. Telescopic legs allow for height adjustments in 30mm increments and can cope with sloping ground.
The standard leg height is 3.3-5.5m, but alternative leg lengths are available which can cover the majority of properties, ranging from 2.34m (typical bungalow) up to 6.8m (2-storey town house).
The lightweight aluminium staging is a standard 4.6m; 6.6 m length also available. Both are supplied with an integral handrail system and toe boards.
End support frame
A single leg support can be used where restricted access precludes the use of the standard 2m Dec. Designed to provide access where boundaries or projecting structures restrict normal platform use.
Rolling window bar
Available as an alternative to the standard wheels supplied with the Roofline System, the Rolling Window Bar provides a continuous platform support for load distribution. Particularly useful on claddings, tile hangings, rendered substrates and where the platform is to be positioned over window openings.
To enable access to or over deep soffits, the working platform can be fitted with a pair of 20cm stand-off arms enabling the platform to be positioned away from the building. Safe working is maintained by the addition of front handrails and toe boards.
To enable access to large box-end gutters, or to provide a continuous working platform around corners, the addition of a corner kit provides simple stable support. The corner leg is attached to the platform and secured with the addition of an adjustable brace, enabling the platform to project beyond the end of the structure.
Prior to use, a full onsite risk assessment must be carried out, and in some circumstances the Roofline System must be tied into the structure.
